• Payment and Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. This includes but is not limited to coaching sessions, document reviews, and any delivered materials.
• No Guarantee Disclaimer: While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or job placements. Success depends on various factors including individual effort, market conditions, and other variables outside of our control.
• Intellectual Property Protection: All materials, documents, and resources provided during coaching sessions are proprietary and protected by trademark and copyright laws. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, copied, modified, or sold to third parties without explicit written permission. Each client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of these materials and acknowledges that sharing them with unauthorized parties constitutes a violation of these terms.
• Session Policy: Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and can be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice. No-shows and sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be considered rendered and non-refundable.
• Limitation of Liability: The coach's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions and actions taken based on the coaching provided.
