How we will work together
Engagement begins with a brief onboarding questionnaire to help your coach get to know you, as well as, gain an understanding of your current career stage, opportunities, challenges, and key goals for advancement to create professional goals and objectives for the next three months. You’ll also receive a Calendly link to schedule your 60-minute monthly coaching sessions upfront, ensuring consistent progress over the three-month period.
Each month, you and your coach will meet for a session focused on goal-setting, strategy implementation, and progress review. Between sessions, you’ll have email access to your coach, with responses guaranteed within 48 hours, to address any pressing questions you may have.
After your first session, you’ll receive a Career Goals Roadmap & Progress Tracker™. This is a tailored guide to help you stay on track with clear milestones and timelines for skill-building and credentialing.
