How we will work together
Our engagement begins with a targeted job search. You’ll conduct an aspirational role search on LinkedIn or Indeed and provide links to a minimum of two, maximum of three, job postings you’re interested in.

By aligning your resume with specific roles, we ensure it highlights the right skills, keywords, and achievements that match industry expectations for similar roles, making you a stronger candidate in the hiring process.
Once we receive your current resume and job posting links, we will revise your resume so it effectively communicates your value and qualifications. Next, we will meet to review your revised resume and discuss adjustments.
After the session, you'll receive the revised resume. You can request one additional revision within 10 days to fine-tune your resume further.
